1-1 PT Session
Private one-on-one personal training sessions can:

Help with weight loss
Improve postural alignment
Improve bone and joint health
Improve cardiovascular health
Provide pre and postnatal care
Prepare you for a sporting event
Support chronic health conditions
Assist in prevention and rehabilitation from injury
Improve strength, mobility, stability, and endurance
Concession cards can be purchased from the clinic directly.
2-1 PT Session
Private two-on-one personal training sessions:
Bring a friend or a partner to work out with for that little bit of extra motivation
Both the 1-1 and 2-1 PT sessions involve an initial 60 minute consultation where you will meet your personal trainer and discuss what you would like to get out of your training sessions. Your personal trainer will then design an individualised training program that you will commence at your next session. You can choose between 60 minute, 45 minute, and 30 minute training sessions.
Training sessions will take place at our clinic. However, if you would like a mobile training session please call the clinic to discuss.
Group PT Session
Group personal training sessions can be arranged. These sessions can take place at a venue of your choice such as a beach or a park.
